The project for the Antiguo Berri offices on Oquendo Street consists of several standard areas that extend over the different floors of the building. While some areas have similar patterns of use, others are unique. The building’s skylight is the element that unifies these floors and zones.

The entrance is the welcome area for clients, with a serious image and creating an elegant living environment. The illumination of vertical surfaces in this area gives visibility to the premises from the outside.

In the work areas, we developed functional general lighting from surface rails fed from the sides, since the ceiling of the room does not allow for new power points. We use linear luminaires with micro prismatic diffusers on work tables and spotlights directed towards vertical surfaces to ensure visual comfort for workers as part of the ambient lighting.

The skylight enhances the sensation of natural light entering through wallwashers recessed in the ceiling and a suspended composition of decorative luminaires serves as a visual connection element between floors, giving continuity to the building.
